Apleona UK is hiring an HR Administrator in Leeds (Hybrid). You will handle HR administration across business units, supporting employees with HR systems during a SAP SuccessFactors transition and continuity of the Access Group platform.

You will process starters, leavers, sickness and pensions, set up new starter accounts, perform right-to-work checks, DBS, and vetting, and support TUPE transfers with confidentiality at all times.

Competenze

• Experience in a shared service function or busy office environment.
• Strong administration skills (HR Administration preferable).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate level of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to organise workloads and work to deadlines.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes during periods of change.
• Experience supporting users with HR systems and self-service applications.
• Previous experience of SAP SuccessFactors or a willingness to learn new HR technologies.

Mansioni

• Provide HR administration across designated business units and support employees with HR systems.
• Assist with starters, leavers, sickness absence and pensions processing.
• Set up new starter accounts and complete required documentation (Right to Work, DBS, vetting).
• Provide support for TUPE transfers into and out of the business.
