Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Programme Manager for a 1-year contract with a London local authority. You will lead a portfolio of housing transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Working with Housing Leadership, HR and corporate services, you will develop business cases, operating models and change documentation, monitor risks, manage governance and report to senior stakeholders. Hybrid working in London.

Competenze

• Significant experience leading complex change, transformation or organisational redesign programmes.
• Experience delivering large-scale service improvement projects within a complex organisation.
• Experience developing business cases, operating models and change documentation.
• Strong programme and project management skills.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and managing programme reporting.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Experience working with senior leaders and managing competing stakeholder priorities.
• Excellent written communication skills, including report writing, briefing papers and presentations.

Mansioni

• Lead the delivery of housing transformation, redesign and service improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans, project plans and implementation schedules.
• Coordinate the Housing Redesign Programme and ensure delivery against milestones and objectives.
• Map, monitor and manage dependencies, interdependencies and critical paths.
• Produce business cases, cases for change and supporting documentation.
• Support the review and redesign of housing structures, operating models and service delivery arrangements.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, operational effectiveness and customer outcomes.
• Establish and maintain governance and reporting structures.
• Track risks, issues, actions and decisions with mitigation measures.
• Produce high-quality reports, presentations and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions with senior managers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Directors, Heads of Service, HR and Corporate Services to secure delivery.
• Monitor workstreams for alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support organisational change initiatives and implementation planning.
• Monitor budgets and resources for value for money.
• Develop performance measures and reporting frameworks for benefits realization.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
