Qualifications

• Qualification to HNC level or substantial relevant experience.
• Experience with anti-social behaviour management and property inspections.
• Knowledge of Open Housing systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive relationships with tenants and customers.
• Deliver a high-performing housing management service to tenants in temporary accommodation.
• Understand and meet customer demand within budgets.
• Coordinate use of temporary accommodation and properties via the council's Social Lettings Agency.
• Carry out regular inspections of properties and neighbourhoods and take action to address issues.
• Support the Service Lead Housing Customers and Housing Customer Lead in developing housing services.
