Arden University is seeking skilled professionals to join our pool of Associate Lecturers, delivering courses on a flexible, as-needed basis, on-site at our Manchester campus. You will teach in blended learning and distance learning environments, with work offered by semester or task-and-finish, allowing schedule alignment.

Essential qualifications include UK HE teaching experience and fellowship toward Advance HE.

Qualificações

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience teaching and assessing students in UK higher education.
• Experience delivering student-centred teaching; DL experience for distance learners.
• Fellowship of Advance HE or willingness to work towards it.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver BL classroom-based teaching and online engagement.
• Lead DL online sessions via Zoom and support forums.
• Participate in marking and standardisation exercises.
• Provide supervision for student projects and dissertations.
• Develop or revise engaging learning content with copyright compliance.
• Attend meetings and contribute to staff development.
