The position offers hybrid working and a wide range of pre-action, trial, and advisory work within a leading healthcare law firm, providing opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare litigation experience is preferred.
• Ability to work within a healthcare sector client base.

Responsibilities

• Pre-action investigation and drafting.
• Drafting reports and client advice.
• Preparation and attendance of trials and ADR/settlement meetings.
• Interviewing witnesses and drafting statements.
• Cost management and multi-party litigation.
• Negotiation of settlements.
• Court hearing attendance (CCMCs and applications).
• Supervise junior team members.
• Client training and support activities; presentations, seminars, webinars.
• Business development activities.
