Are you a practical Health & Safety professional who enjoys being out on site, building relationships, and helping people stay safe at work? Rygor Group is looking for a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to support their nationwide network of automotive and commercial vehicle operations. This is a varied, hands‑on role where you'll work closely with managers and technicians across more than 20 UK locations, helping to create safe, productive workplaces while supporting continuous improvement across the business.
As a trusted advisor, you'll provide practical guidance on health and safety matters, conduct site visits and audits, support investigations, and help managers confidently manage risk within their teams. This role would suit someone with at least two years' UK Health & Safety experience in an operational environment such as automotive, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, transport, fleet, or workshop operations. You'll be someone who enjoys engaging with people, influencing positive behaviours, and making a visible impact across the business every day.
You won't be expected to be on the road five days a week and, in most cases, are likely to spend around two to three days visiting sites, although this will vary depending on business needs.
This is a hands‑on, operational role and the successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for Health & Safety matters across the business, working closely with managers and site teams to provide practical support and guidance.
