Job summary

Free-Work is seeking an experienced Hardware/Software Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams in the delivery of next-generation hardware and software solutions. The role is hybrid, with 2/3 days onsite, and will involve planning, budgeting and execution of complex product development projects while shaping the roadmap with Product Management.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electronics or Software Engineering, has strong PM experience delivering hardware and software

Qualifications

Degree in Electronics, Software Engineering or related subject.
Strong project management experience delivering hardware and software products.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams through product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead Electronics, Mechanical and Software Engineering teams through product development lifecycle.
Plan, budget and manage complex new product introduction projects.
Define and refine product requirements and roadmap with Product Management.
