Marston Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Group Management Accounting Manager for a 14-16 month fixed-term maternity cover. You will drive Group month-end reporting, balance sheet governance and financial control across a multi-entity PE-backed environment.

You will lead a small team, coordinate external audit, and support the legal entity rationalisation programme, while collaborating with finance teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Competenze

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA credentials.
• Degree in finance, accounting or related field or equivalent.
• Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge, multi-entity experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead Group month-end close and ensure timely reporting.
• Own balance sheet integrity with reconciliation ownership.
• Develop governance, templates and controls for group reporting.
• Coordinate external audit and respond to information requests.
• Support intercompany reconciliations, allocations and asset accounting.
• Manage Group finance staff including offshore assistant.
• Drive process improvement and automation in reporting.
