This role involves leading the finance function, managing month-end close, and driving financial strategy for a PE-backed business. The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA qualified with strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in audit and financial reporting. Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally from a Big 4 or Top 10 firm.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with international experience advantageous.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and preparation of management accounts.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and investor reporting.
• Develop the finance team, driving best practices.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Support CFO with board packs and investor reporting.

Skills

ACA/ACCA qualified

Strong technical accounting knowledge (UK GAAP/IFRS)
