Job summary

Fexco Property Services seeks a Green Infrastructure and Biodiversity Manager to lead greenspace and habitat management across a defined area in the UK. The role blends office work with regular site inspections, audits and stakeholder engagement, visiting sites four days a week to monitor contractors, assess landscape quality, and identify improvement opportunities.

You will oversee Biodiversity Net Gain features, SuDS, and open spaces, ensuring adherence to approved plans and budgets while

Qualifications

• Passion for greenspace and biodiversity
• Knowledge of landscape and habitat management
• Qualification in horticulture, landscape management, ecology or related field (Level 3+)
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent health and safety qualification
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality greenspace and biodiversity management across sites
• Manage landscape and estate maintenance contracts
• Inspect planting, habitats, SuDS and Biodiversity Net Gain features
• Audit developments before handover and ensure compliance with planning conditions and BN G
• Liaise with residents, contractors and authorities
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports
