Qualifications
- Passion for technology, data, software engineering and AI.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Collaborative, growth‑oriented and reliable.
- Technical and coding experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level technical designs and collaborate with business analysts and software architects.
- Develop software in collaboration with engineers and DevOps teams.
- Work with test and DevSecOps specialists on automated releases to production.
- Participate in a structured graduate development programme with mentoring and rotations.
- Engage across the full development lifecycle from strategy to implementation.
