Job summary

PA Consulting is launching a 2027 Rotational Digital Graduate Scheme for graduates passionate about technology, data, software engineering and AI.

You will rotate across Architecture, Engineering & DevOps, Data Science and AI, gaining hands-on experience delivering innovative solutions for leading organisations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, AI, Mathematics, Engineering or related STEM.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Experience with programming languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Python or C#).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and relational/non-relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Architecture, Engineering & DevOps, Data Science and AI.
• Design, develop and support technology solutions with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop high-level technical designs and collaborate with analysts and architects.
• Contribute to automated software releases to production with DevOps teams.
• Work across the full development lifecycle from strategy to implementation.

This programme is designed for graduates with a passion for technology, data, software engineering and artificial intelligence who are looking to accelerate their careers in consulting. As a Graduate Analyst, you will rotate across Architecture, Engineering & DevOps (AED), Data Science and AI, gaining hands‑on experience delivering innovative solutions for leading organisations.

You will participate in rotations across AED, Data Science and AI. You will learn to design, develop and support technology solutions using modern engineering and data practices. Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business and technical challenges and support development of AI-enabled and data-driven solutions for clients. We'll look to you to provide high-level technical designs and to develop software in collaboration with business analysts and software architects. You will also work closely with test and DevOps specialists as well as service managers on automated software releases to production. As your career progresses, you can expect to work across all areas of the development lifecycle, from strategy to implementation, and to take on assignments in different sectors.
