Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd is seeking a Quality Manager to lead Governance & Learning across a major infrastructure programme in the UK. The role drives governance strategies, strengthens IMS, and oversees audit programmes to embed lessons learned and best practice.

You will report to the Head of Quality / Nuclear Safety and manage a team, shaping quality governance in a highly regulated environment with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Lead Auditor qualification to ISO 9001:2015.
• Experience in governance, quality systems, or continuous improvement.
• Experience in regulated engineering or infrastructure environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Governance & Learning team.
• Maintain and improve Integrated Management Systems.
• Plan and manage internal audits.
• Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement.
• Promote Nuclear Safety Culture.
• Report governance and quality metrics to senior leadership.
