Novartis UK is seeking a Director of Pricing and Contracting, Immunology, to shape global pricing and market access for innovative Immunology medicines. You will lead launch sequencing, develop pricing models, and partner with regions and countries to optimize value and patient access.

This senior role requires extensive pricing and market access experience, with strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills, and embraces flexible, hybrid working arrangements in London, UK.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pricing, market access and commercial strategy across multiple brands and therapeutic areas.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Therapeutic Areas, Strategy & Growth, Access, Finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Support development and execution of pricing strategies for compounds and indications.
• Collaborate on pricing research with international functions, countries, and regions.
• Design and oversee global launch sequence optimization for assets and indications.
• Develop pricing and access models and provide strategic recommendations.
• Provide pricing input into early-stage assets and due diligence projects.
• Act as a pricing expert for assigned countries and share market insights.
• Partner with countries to conduct pricing scenario analyses.
• Review and endorse price proposals and support documentation.
