Job summary

Marsh in Glasgow is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Multinational / Corporate Client Service Team. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office.

You will support Client Executives across the renewal cycle, coordinate with insurer partners, prepare market presentations, and help deliver high‑quality service to clients.

Ideal candidates have corporate/multinational renewal experience and CII qualifications, with strong organisational skills and a client‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full renewal processes for corporate/multinational insurance programs.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple enquiries.
• Good awareness of clients' business, insurance programmes and service plans.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Executives regarding renewal strategy and risk changes.
• Review underwriting information for corporate clients.
• Prepare and submit market presentations and slips.
• Utilise Marsh online trading systems to collate and negotiate renewal terms.
• Collaborate with Client Executives and Placement Teams to prepare client reports for renewals.
• Review and comment on indemnity and insurance clauses.
