Job summary

Leonardo seeks a Project Manager for the GCAP First International Contract in Southampton. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver schedules, milestones and deliverables, while managing risk, cost and reporting across the project lifecycle.

Experience delivering electronic and software products is valued, with travel across the UK, Italy and Japan. The role offers a dynamic, global environment at Leonardo, with strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience across the full project lifecycle, including business winning phases.
• Delivery of technical electronic and/or software products.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer/supplier relations.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and multiple projects of medium complexity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial tracking and forecasting for labour and non-labour, including Earned Value Management.
• Generate and maintain project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Run weekly Integrated Project Team Meetings.
• Support Engineering Leads with Work Package Management and reporting.
• Support Risk Manager in developing the Risk and Opportunities Register.
• Own and drive Sub-System management documents.
• Develop future resource growth plans.
• Support Next Phase bids.
• Travel for Face to Face Meetings across the UK, Italy and Japan.
