Job summary

Royal London is seeking a Front Office Insights and Reporting Analyst on a 6‑month day-rate contract in London. The role reports to the Senior Business Manager and collaborates with senior management across Fixed Income, Equities, Trading and more to provide robust MI, risk metrics, and automated reporting solutions.

Ideal candidates will have asset management front office experience, strong data skills, and familiarity with OMS tools like Aladdin, plus Power Automate; the role offers a hybrid

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of Asset Management (Front Office) processes, products and controls, either directly or in a consultancy capacity
• IT skills including AI, Sigma, Power Automate
• Technical knowledge of Order Management Systems, tools such as Aladdin and trading platforms desirable
• Capability of working with large data sets to produce management information and improve processes
• Understanding of risk management, change and project management methodologies

Responsibilities

• Creation and provision of Management Information feeding into decision making, risk, controls & governance processes.
• Automation of Front Office processes / controls / reports.
• Ownership of the Front Office procedure suite and build process maps showing key controls and used to identify control requirements.
• Working with the management team to ensure that risk registers are up to date and accurate.
• Support control assurance testing, including key reports testing, in accordance with plan and framework.
• Assist in monitoring ESG performance across our funds.
