Job summary

Hunter Bond is seeking an experienced professional to support rollout across Front Office and Middle Office functions. This hybrid role combines business change management with hands-on systems analysis, collaborating with traders, risk, P&L and trade control teams, programme managers, and developers.

The focus is planning, coordinating and managing UAT and data migration cycles through go-live, ensuring test scenarios reflect real workflows and that feedback is captured and communicated

Qualifications

• Proven business change management experience on system implementations.
• Experience in Commodities trading environments.
• Background in CTRM / ETRM systems.
• Strong business and systems analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage UAT and data migration cycles through to go-live.
• Capture and document Front and Middle Office functional requirements for handover to development.
• Unit test delivered functionality before UAT and ensure smooth user adoption.
