Light & Wonder is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the FP&A team in Manchester. You will help forecast, budget, report performance and partner with stakeholders to turn data into business insight.

This graduate/early-career role offers broad financial exposure, collaboration with experienced colleagues and a structured path to develop analysis, reporting and business partnering capabilities in a fast-paced global organisation.

Formación

• A degree or equivalent experience with strong analytical and numerical capability.
• Strong Excel skills; capable with PowerPoint and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to budgets, forecasts and long range planning.
• Analyse actual and forecast costs, revenue and profitability; identify variances.
• Assist with monthly P&L reviews; provide analysis and commentary to stakeholders.
• Prepare financial, operational and KPI reporting; highlight risks and opportunities.
• Produce management packs and dashboards to inform decision-making.
• Maintain planning assumptions, financial models and documentation.
• Partner with budget owners to gather, validate and interpret financial information.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and projects; meet deadlines.
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, systems, reporting and controls.
• Uphold data quality, governance and confidentiality.
