Insignis is a fast-growing FinTech seeking a talented engineer to join our team. You’ll work at the boundary between the Insignis platform and partner banks, integration and onboarding tooling, and production engineering.

You’ll help turn problems or ideas into live systems handling real money or users, balancing speed of learning with reliability. You’ll thrive if you enjoy ambiguity, can write production‑grade .NET/C# or TypeScript, and can juggle external partner relationships with internal

Qualifications

• Strong general‑purpose engineering in .NET/C#, TypeScript/Vue with Python for rapid work.
• Track record taking something from zero to production, preferably in regulated/financial domain.
• Comfort with distributed/event‑driven systems, APIs, cloud, containers and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication with partner stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed with partners and internal teams to translate problems into buildable solutions.
• Rapid prototype integrations against partner APIs and white‑label apps.
• Move prototypes into early production with robustness, observability, and compliance.
• Own the handoff: document and de‑risk to enable production absorption.
• Work within regulatory guardrails and involve compliance early.
• Feed learnings back into the platform to shape reusable capabilities.
