Job summary
A leading UK law firm is seeking a qualified or part-qualified accountant to join its Finance Systems team as a Finance Systems Accountant. You will work on the continued development and digital transformation of the firm’s finance function, collaborating with Finance and Technology colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
The role emphasizes improvements to processes, data quality and controls, with opportunities to develop reports, dashboards and data solutions while supporting system
Qualifications
- Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Experience in a finance systems, systems accounting or similar role.
- Experience with Aderant OR 3E, or within the legal sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement improvements across finance systems and processes.
- Lead and support system upgrades, enhancements and testing.
- Review existing processes to improve efficiency, data quality and controls.
- Support development of financial reports, dashboards and data solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support digitisation and development of the finance function.
- Provide training and guidance on finance systems and processes.
- Use financial data to identify issues and opportunities.
