Job summary

ICAEW is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our growth-focused technology environment in London. You will turn financial data into actionable insight, influence senior stakeholders and drive revenue, profitability and performance in a PE-backed setting.

You'll own forecasting, budgeting and cost-base analysis, build robust financial models and deliver BU-level reporting, while supporting strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires finance professional with FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and analysis skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and turn data into insight.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial performance and P&L analysis (profitability, pricing).
• Lead revenue forecasting and cost-base analysis.
• Build financial models and BU-level reporting.
• Provide contract/renewal intelligence and insight to growth decisions.
