Job summary

ASDA's Finance Graduate Programme in the UK offers a 3-year, rotate-through curriculum across Controllership, Commercial Finance, FP&A and Specialist Finance teams such as Tax, Treasury and Investor Relations.

You'll study towards the CIMA qualification with Kaplan Financial and work toward Chartered Management Accountant status while applying learning in a real business environment from day one. Hybrid working with minimum 3 days in Home Offices.

Our 3-year Finance Graduate role is functionally led, so you'll develop deep expertise while rotating through a range of specialisms - including Controllership, Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Specialist Finance teams such as Tax Treasury and Investor Relations. Through a series of structured placements, you'll build your technical knowledge, commercial awareness and leadership capability, taking on significant responsibility as your career progresses.

At the same time, you'll study towards your CIMA accounting qualification with Kaplan Financial, working towards becoming a Chartered Management Accountant while applying your learning in a real business environment from day one.
