Job summary

Chase & Holland are recruiting a Finance Business Partner in Doncaster to drive performance through robust financial analysis and strong stakeholder engagement. You will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner and contribute to strategic decision making.

The role offers hybrid working, up to £60,000, and a package including 24 days leave, a 10% bonus, private medical and life assurance. You will partner with finance and non-finance teams to deliver insights.

Qualifications

Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience.
Solid commercial finance experience in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication across finance and non-finance teams.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Flexible, dynamic and able to manage changing demand.
Ability to interrogate data to analyse trends and tell a story.

Responsibilities

Be involved in maximising short term performance and support strategic business cases.
Provide weekly financial insight to review business performance.
Provide financial analysis, learnings and recommendations to budget holders.
Generate insights from financial and non-financial data to inform actions.
Forecasting and budgeting for areas of responsibility; support SFBP.
Monthly reporting to non-financial managers with trend analysis and corrective actions.
Support business case development and drive delivery and tracking.
Pre and post promotional analysis and learnings for future.
Deputise for Senior FBP when required.
