The National Oceanography Centre in Southampton is hiring an Assistant Finance Business Partner to support effective financial management across the organisation. You will work with experienced partners on budgeting, forecasting, reporting and project finance to turn numbers into insights.

This role offers a permanent, full-time contract (37 hours) with hybrid working, a clear development path toward a recognised accountancy qualification, and a generous benefits package including 30 days leave
