OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial insights within the Technical Services sector. This hybrid role involves office collaboration, client site visits, and remote work to drive informed decisions and support financial growth.

Key responsibilities include producing monthly management reports, budgeting and forecasting, and partnering with operational teams. Qualified accountants with strong analytical skills are preferred and the role offers

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with professional certification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience preparing, reviewing and interpreting management accounts.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Experience in Hard Facilities Management industry is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Produce timely monthly Management Reports and Accounts with regional contract reporting.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders to explain variances and trends.
• Monitor KPIs and conduct variance analysis to inform actions.
• Develop strong business partnering across operational teams.
• Improve working capital management, focusing on debt and WIP.
• Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts for divisional results.
• Utilise systems to analyse data, produce reports and identify trends.
• Support financial presentations for senior management and board meetings.
• Ensure compliance with group finance policy and procedures.
