Latch is seeking a Finance Assistant in Leeds. The role offers hybrid working with initial in-office handover on Mondays and Tuesdays, and flexible arrangements from January onward. 37.5 hours per week, with 30 hours considered for the right candidate, and a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Salary between £29,000 and £31,000 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours. Shared duties include processing bank transactions, reconciliations, supplier invoices, expenses, donations, rent-related payments, and

Qualifications

• Relevant finance experience in a similar role.
• Experience maintaining robust financial accounting and software systems.
• AAT qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Process daily bank transactions via automatic bank feeds into QuickBooks.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations.
• Process supplier invoices and weekly payment runs.
• Process and pay staff expense claims.
• Produce and issue the monthly Management Accounts pack and departmental Cost Control Reports.
• Support the Finance Director with all aspects of the annual audit.
