Investigo is partnering with a large, respected organisation to recruit a Reporting Analyst based in Leicester. This is ideal for a recent graduate or junior analyst looking to grow in a data-driven environment with exposure to real business decisions.

Key duties include producing and maintaining reports, interpreting data for trends, and supporting stakeholders with data-driven recommendations. Hybrid work offers 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, with ongoing training and career

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or junior analyst looking to start a career in data analytics.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and formulas.
• Excellent communication and a proactive attitude to learn.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Producing and maintaining reports, dashboards and analysis.
• Interpreting data to identify trends and insights.
• Supporting stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Reviewing reporting processes and suggesting improvements.
