Rec Financial in the East Leicestershire/Melton Mowbray area is seeking a Finance Analyst to lead data analysis and senior leadership reporting. You will gather, analyse and present data to support decision-making and work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable financial reporting to the board.

The role involves ownership of daily financial duties and involvement in ad hoc projects, with hybrid working and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Analytically minded professional with outstanding communication skills.
• Strong Excel capabilities and proficiency in SAP.
• Confident, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Eligible candidates from a range of qualification backgrounds, including Graduates and Part-Qualified candidates with at least two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and provide senior leadership reporting to support decision-making.
• Gather, analyse, and present data to senior leadership to deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with non-finance departments to gather data and reliably deliver financial reports to the board.
• Take ownership of a wide range of daily financial duties and contribute to various ad hoc financial projects as required.
