Job summary

RS UK & Ireland seeks a Value-Added Services/Solutions Manager to drive growth across the UK region, focusing on Inventory and Procurement solutions. You will work four days on the road, visiting customer sites and RS offices, and three days to support accounts and internal teams.

You will coach the Account Management group on solution value propositions and design, ensuring high-quality customer discovery and accelerated opportunities in the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and consultative solutions-based selling.
• Ability to build value and create customer need.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams in a regional field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Own a UK region to drive growth across RS solutions portfolio.
• Support Sales teams to win opportunities in Inventory and Procurement.
