Job summary

Pro Global is seeking experienced Analysts for our Underwriting Support/Exposure Management team in the UK. The roles involve sourcing, interpreting, extracting and analysing information from various types of documentation, and manipulating data into client-specific formats.

Responsibilities include data interpretation of schedules of values, policy documents, and client systems, with use of RiskLink and TouchStone for model uploads and NC/CAT modelling.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance and exposure management is required or advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to deliver accurate information.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data manipulation.
• Good time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Analysis, interpretation and manipulation of data, principally schedules of values.
• Use of websites and searches to verify information and improve address accuracy.
• Examination of policy documents to extract relevant data.
• Maintain data in client systems and apply policy terms where needed.
• Utilise client modelling software (RiskLink, TouchStone) to upload cleansed files and run models.
• Quality assurance of cleansed or modelled files to meet SLAs.
• Communicate professionally with clients on a regular basis.
• Adhere to client quality standards and turnaround times.
• Escalate queries to Management/Client when necessary.
