Job summary

AXA UK is seeking a Strategic Sourcing, Assessment and Succession Manager to strengthen how AXA identifies, assesses and appoints executive and senior leadership talent. You will deliver high-profile appointments from shaping the search brief to shortlist and appointment decisions, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Leadership and Reward.

You will lead end-to-end executive hiring, use market intelligence and evidence-based calibration, and ensure an inclusive, confidential candidate experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering executive and senior leadership recruitment across complex hiring processes.
• Strong ability to map markets and engage senior, hard-to-reach leadership talent.
• Experience designing structured assessments with clear success criteria for fair decisions.
• Credible stakeholder management to challenge assumptions and maintain momentum.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of executive and senior leadership appointments, shaping briefs and search strategy.
• Design and run robust assessment and calibration processes with evidence-led decisions.
• Build diverse pipelines using direct search, mapping and external intelligence.
• Provide decision-ready leadership talent intelligence on market activity and succession risks.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience with clear, respectful communication and feedback.
