You will partner with senior leaders and Talent Acquisition to secure outstanding leadership talent while ensuring fair, rigorous and inclusive hiring practices. The role offers flexible hybrid working options across the UK.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of executive and senior leadership hiring.
• Partner with executives to shape briefs and challenge market assumptions.
• Design and lead structured assessment, including interview frameworks and evidence-led decisions.
• Run priority searches using direct search, market mapping and external intelligence.
• Connect succession priorities with external talent markets and pipelines.
• Produce decision-ready leadership intelligence on market movements and implications for appointments.
