Job summary

PKF Smith Cooper Limited is seeking an Events and Marketing Assistant in Nottingham with travel to other offices. The role blends events delivery with practical marketing duties, including content creation, merchandise design and CRM management.

You’ll support and sometimes supervise on‑the‑day events, manage attendance targets, and help improve outcomes through post‑event analysis and content sharing. Hybrid working and active team involvement are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Some experience helping to organise events, activities or projects, whether through work, education, volunteering or extracurricular activities is advantageous
• You must be able to manage and plan your own workload with multiple events simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee events on the day, help with set-up, welcome guests, coordinate vendors and capture content
• Publicise events and help reach attendance targets and stakeholder objectives
• Carry out a range of marketing tasks including content creation, merchandise design and CRM management
• Update and cleanse the CRM database and produce promotional content for social media
• Contribute to wider marketing projects and events across PKF Smith Cooper offices
