Job summary

William Reed Ltd is seeking an Events Manager to deliver a portfolio of conferences, awards, roundtables and networking events across hospitality and manufacturing sectors. You will own planning, budgeting and end-to-end delivery, collaborating with sponsors, venues and internal teams to create standout industry experiences.

The role requires strong project management, supplier management and excellent communication, with willingness to travel within the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering corporate, B2B or commercial events.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and suppliers.
• Willingness to travel within the UK.
• Excellent communication and collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of events from planning to on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up.
• Create and manage detailed project plans and critical paths to hit deadlines.
• Oversee budgets, supplier relationships and venue sourcing for commercially effective events.
• Coordinate speakers, entertainment, catering, AV and production logistics.
• Build relationships with sponsors, venues and internal stakeholders.
• Lead on-site delivery, troubleshoot issues and ensure high delivery standards.
