Job summary

RM plc is seeking an Events Manager to lead planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of RM's events and exhibitions programme, ensuring high standards and measurable business outcomes.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of exhibitions, conferences, and customer events end-to-end, control budgets, collaborate with sales and marketing, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Hybrid working options available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the end-to-end delivery of exhibitions, conferences and events.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong organisational skills.
• Proven track record of delivering events on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end events portfolio, including exhibitions, conferences and internal events.
• Coordinate venue management, suppliers, travel, stand builds and collateral.
• Ensure events are delivered to schedule, budget and brand standards.
