Job summary

Eight Financial Advice is seeking an Events Executive to join the marketing team in Whiteley/Totton/Bournemouth. You will own end-to-end event management, delivering memorable experiences and supporting client engagement. The role involves after-hours and weekend events and requires comfortable travel to venues as needed.

Hybrid working is offered: 3 days in the office and 2 days flexible. You will collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with venues and suppliers, and drive post-event

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to event locations as required.
• Experience in planning and operational meetings.
• Ability to lead on-site event delivery and be primary contact.
• Experience coordinating with venues and suppliers.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Event Execution & Delivery: attend planning meetings and ensure seamless delivery; manage all event logistics including venues, suppliers, equipment, timings, and on-the-day coordination.
• Guest Experience & Registration: communicate event logistics and joining instructions; manage guest registration, attendance tracking, and follow-ups; ensure guests are welcomed and well looked after.
• Event Communications: inform New Enquiries Manager of upcoming events; coordinate and send event-related emails; support post-event communications and handover lead details for pipeline management.
• Social Content Capture & Scheduling: capture photos/videos at events; schedule content across social channels; ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and event tone.
