Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Project Manager to join an event technology company delivering registration, badging, scanning and related tech to event organisers. You will manage client projects from planning through delivery, ensuring accuracy and readiness for implementation.

This full-time permanent role offers full training, a hybrid work setup with two days from home after onboarding, and a salary of up to GBP 33,000. Local candidates preferred; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a professional setting.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing client expectations.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience in events sector is beneficial but not essential.
• Genuine interest in developing a long-term career within a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating several client projects, keeping plans, records and key information accurate and up to date.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure they are fully prepared for project delivery.
• Building positive relationships with clients and keeping them informed throughout each project.
• Managing client expectations and responding confidently to queries or changes.
• Supporting effective project handovers and completing relevant post:event activities.
• Taking ownership of your workload while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Learning the companys services and processes through full training and gradually taking responsibility for more complex projects.
