Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager for the Event Experience cluster to shape the future of EY’s global events ecosystem. You will own the product roadmap, define attendee journeys across in-person, virtual and hybrid formats, and drive the deployment of AI-powered features and integrations with partners such as Cvent and SpotMe.

You will collaborate with regional teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders to prioritise backlogs, govern standards and scale solutions globally while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience as a product manager or owner in enterprise tech or events environments.
• Ability to translate attendee needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong data-informed decision-making and KPI measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for EY's Event Experience cluster.
• Define attendee journeys and configuration standards across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
