Job summary

ARV Solutions Contracts is seeking an experienced Estimator - Mass Timber Projects to join our timber frame team in Bedfordshire. You will produce detailed quotations from drawings, ensure tenders are on time, and provide technical advice to customers and suppliers.

The role covers residential and commercial timber projects across the UK, with hybrid working on offer and a salary of 50,000 - 60,000 GBP DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating timber or mass timber projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Strong communication with clients and suppliers.
• Proficient with MS Office and take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed quotations from construction drawings.
• Ensure tenders are submitted on time to a high standard.
• Liaise with all other departments within the business.
• Attend pre start meetings with architects & clients.
