A strong background in M&E/HVAC with excellent numerical and communication skills is essential. Candidates should be IT-literate, especially Excel, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Estimator in M&E or HVAC sectors.
• Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
• IT literate with Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and deadlines.
• Produce BOQs from drawings for timely quotations.
• Maintain thorough tender and quotation records on internal database.
• Communicate with customers and provide technical information.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Manage projects up to £150k+.
