Job summary

LiveWest is seeking an Estate Supervisor to manage cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking across our estates. You will help keep communal areas safe, tidy and welcoming for customers, reporting issues to the right teams and supporting a positive living environment.

Hybrid role based in South West England with a focus on practical hands-on tasks and customer service. Experience in grounds maintenance and MS Office, plus a proactive, calm approach, are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry out cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking to a high standard.
• Must have previous Grounds Maintenence experience.
• Willing to learn and use repairs reporting systems and other IT packages.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure communal areas are clean, tidy and well maintained to service standards.
• Clean stairwells, walkways, laundry areas and communal rooms.
• Keep garden areas tidy using hand tools and powered equipment.
• Keep bin areas clean, disinfected and tidy.
• Undertake minor maintenance in communal areas; report complex repairs promptly.
• Report maintenance needs to appropriate teams when specialist work is required.
