Job summary

PROPER SNACKS is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Nuneaton to own ERP systems, integrations and related processes. You will balance day-to-day support with driving improvements across data, systems and processes, partnering with finance, operations and supply chain.

Ideal candidates will coordinate with internal teams, resolve root causes, and implement practical system enhancements while ensuring change control and audits are smoothly handled. This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications, preferably an ERP system in manufacturing or distribution.
• Curious and practical mindset with root-cause analysis.
• Interest in how a business works and data moves between teams.
• Clear communication with non-technical colleagues.
• Ownership and follow-through when tackling issues and improvements.
• Willingness to learn; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Be our go-to for ERP support for SAP Business One and Access Supply Chain.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and translate user feedback into improvements.
• Investigate data problems and fix root causes rather than applying quick fixes.
• Maintain integrations and data flows between applications and third-party partners.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and Power BI reports to support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with non-technical colleagues to define problems and practical solutions.
• Support testing, rollout, and change control for system changes and upgrades.
• Support month-end, year-end processes and audits from a systems perspective.
