Job summary

PROPER SNACKS is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own ERP and integration projects within our IT team in Nuneaton. This hybrid role involves day-to-day ERP support and driving improvements across systems, data and processes.

You will work with finance, operations and supply chain to root out problems, connect teams and help the business run more simply. Curiosity and a methodical approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications, ideally an ERP system in manufacturing or distribution.
• Curious and practical mindset with root-cause problem solving.
• Interest in how data moves between teams and systems.
• Clear communication with non-technical colleagues.
• Ownership and follow-through on issues.
• Willingness to learn; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Own and support SAP Business One and Access Supply Chain to resolve daily issues.
• Identify process frustrations and translate feedback into improvements.
• Investigate data problems and fix root causes.
• Maintain integrations and data flows with third-party partners.
• Write and maintain SQL queries, SSIS, and Power BI reports.
• Collaborate with non-technical colleagues to define solutions.
• Assist with changes, testing, and rollout.
• Follow change control and support audits from a systems perspective.
