The successful candidate will ensure timely receipt of restaurant revenues, manage weekly reconciliations, and serve as the primary contact for EPOS system training and support. Qualifications

• Experience in EPOS systems and closing cash processes.
• Confident in communicating with restaurant and head office staff.
• Problem solver with an inquisitive mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely receipt of all restaurant revenue.
• Weekly reconciliation of restaurant sales to bank receipts.
• Ensure petty cash expenses comply with policy.
• Super-user on EPOS system end of day process.
• Investigate and communicate variances with operations teams.
• Liaise with IT to resolve system discrepancies.
• Advise on EPOS system use for banking.
• Support Management Accounting with reconciliations.
• Investigate internal till use discrepancies.
• Perform ad hoc duties to support the Finance Team.
