Job summary

SSEN Transmission is seeking an Environmental Performance Analyst based in Scotland (Aberdeen/Perth/Inverness) with hybrid working. You’ll design dashboards, monitor environmental metrics and drive data-driven decisions to improve performance across the business.

Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, create clear visuals, identify trends and support continual improvement while ensuring data quality and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• A degree or relevant workplace experience in environmental, operational or regulatory setting.
• Strong data analysis skills with reporting on environmental performance using data systems and visualisation tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain environmental performance dashboards and dashboards tracking progress against objectives.
• Manage environmental performance metrics and reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Create clear data visuals and reporting materials for committees, project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify emerging trends and provide evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate across SSEN Transmission to improve reporting processes and data quality.
