Gamma is looking for a Customer Support Technician in Glasgow to support our largest clients. The role sits in a hybrid model with three days in the office, focusing on fault management and technical support for voice and data products.

You will work a rotating schedule, Monday to Friday, using strong diagnostic skills and customer-focused communication to ensure first-class service and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Excellent team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for teamwork.
• Strong IT skills, and familiarity with CRM systems for customer handling.
• Excellent customer service, with a welcoming personality and clear communication.
• Good technical understanding and logical approach to resolving issues.
• Experience providing technical customer support for Voice/Data technologies is advantageous.
