Job summary

Gamma in Manchester is seeking a Faults CST specialist to take end-to-end ownership of customer faults from initial triage to resolution within our managed services team.

You will resolve issues using diagnostic tools, investigate faults, guide customers through product features, coordinate with team leads, and manage faults in our ticketing system while embracing Gamma's commitment to service quality and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer care role.
• Experience in a high-volume technical support environment is desirable.
• Proficient level of computer literacy.
• Basic understanding of diagnostic processes for tech support.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues using diagnostic tools.
• Investigate faults and collaborate with other teams for solutions.
• Assist customers with queries, guide them through product features, and deliver excellent service.
• Resolve technical complaints and coordinate with Team Leaders as needed.
• Manage ongoing faults via the ticketing system for further diagnostics.
• Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities and training as needed.
