Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team and deliver enterprise software solutions for major UK clients. You will configure software, gather requirements, and collaborate with product, development and services teams to ensure successful implementations.

The role involves complex projects, data migrations, and client training, with a hybrid working setup and strong career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
Experience configuring business applications or software platforms.
Background in pensions, payroll, financial services or regulated environments.
Understanding of business processes and workflow configuration.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server / SQL.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

Configuring enterprise software solutions to meet client requirements.
Gathering and analysing business requirements through client workshops.
Configuring workflows, calculations, interfaces and reports.
Supporting data migrations and system implementations.
Troubleshooting calculation and configuration issues.
Delivering client training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Working closely with internal Product, Development and Professional Services teams.
