Job summary

Sectigo seeks an Enterprise Onboarding Engineer to join our global team in London. You will onboard customers from PoC to production, translating technical needs into Sectigo platform value and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in IT, PKI/SSL experience, and strong English communication. This is a hybrid, full-time role reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Onboarding & PKI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT industry experience, at least 1 in a customer implementation environment
• Experience with Microsoft software and systems including AD and Windows servers
• Experience with Linux platforms and PKI, SSL, X.509 is strongly recommended
• Experience with public cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS) is strongly recommended
• Excellent English communication and customer-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding services to customers and prospects for Sectigo product portfolio
• Act as SME during post-sales engagements with customers
• Maintain high standards of communication and customer service throughout onboarding
• Organize priorities, meet deadlines, and set clear expectations
• Contribute to Onboarding Readiness Program and update knowledge bases
